Success that creates lasting community impact doesn’t happen by accident...it starts with building a strong foundation.

That was the message Tyrone Burroughs shared during our recent Masterclass, “Build First, Then Pour Back: The Journey from Entrepreneurship to Community Impact.” Tyrone challenged us to focus on building ourselves first, then our relationships, our systems, and our people. Only then are we truly equipped to pour back into our communities.
