To assist in maintaining the safety and appearance of our community lake, all boats kept on the lake must be properly registered and display valid registration numbers on the exterior hull to be easily seen.

Effective August 15, 2026, all boats on the lake must be in compliance with this requirement. Boats that are not registered or do not display valid registration numbers by this date may be considered abandoned, particularly if they appear to have been left behind by a previous resident, and may be subject to removal in accordance with the Association's governing documents and applicable procedures.

Additionally, ECHO will begin mosquito control treatments around the lake, including all areas of standing water. This treatment will include standing water that has accumulated inside boats that are not stored upside down. To help prevent mosquito breeding and avoid treatment inside your boat, please store boats inverted when not in use or otherwise ensure they remain free of standing water.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your cooperation in helping preserve the health, safety, and appearance of our community. If you have any questions regarding boat registration requirements, please contact the Association by email.
