Brew School at Flyway Brewing brought educators together for guided beer tastings, a behind-the-scenes brewery tour, FREE samples, snacks, and genuine connection, all in honor of Teacher Appreciation Month.

A huge thank you to the Memphis Medical District Collaborative for sponsoring Wellness Wednesday and for showing up for Memphis teachers in such a meaningful way. 💛 On April 29, Teach901 partnered with MMDC to give educators a night off from the to-do list. Teachers enjoyed a free yoga session at Sana Yoga Downtown, then gathered for an evening of community with Playa Bowls and French Truck Coffee. No lesson plans. Just good people and good vibes.
MMDC put it perfectly: "Investing in teachers is a no-brainer. Building great teachers means building great leaders." We couldn't agree more.

The students in Memphis classrooms today are the doctors, nurses, and innovators of tomorrow, and the teachers guiding them deserve to be celebrated and supported every step of the way. That's exactly what MMDC's partnership with Teach901 makes possible.

Raven Williams — B.A. in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, University of Memphis. Bilingual, research-experienced, and pursuing her master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Mitzi Puentes — B.S. in Health Sciences, University of Memphis. Currently a Physical Therapy Technician at Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics and ready to grow in inpatient PT.
Nakayla Yancey — MSW + Graduate Certificate in School Social Work, University of Memphis. Recipient of the Ida B. Wells Advocacy and Leadership MSW Award and inductee of Phi Alpha National Social Work Honor Society.
