One of our clients was sadly murdered over the weekend. It grieves my heart because he was really trying to get himself together. It is difficult getting out of an environment that is conducive to crime.
That is why our organization, iTAV-it iTAV It Takes a Village Inc, is so important. We provide a “safe haven” and supportive services to those transitioning from incarceration back into the community.
We have not started our housing component just of yet, however, we are searching for resources to assist us with obtaining land and funding for housing. If you or anyone you know can assist us with getting land/housing and/or funding, please let me know.
