🎗️ Small Steps. Big Hope.

In recognition of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Misr’s S.A.M. and D.I.M.E. participants joined the St. Jude Walk, coming together to support children and families facing childhood cancer.

Every step represents hope, unity, and the possibility of a brighter future. Together, small steps can lead to more discoveries, more cures, and more lives saved. 💛

💗 Together in Pink, Together in Purpose! 💗

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the S.A.M. & D.I.M.E. Mentors and Mentees stand together in love, hope, and support.

We honor those facing breast cancer, celebrate survivors, remember loved ones we have lost, and recognize the families and caregivers walking beside them.

As mentors, we teach our youth that kindness, compassion, and service can make a difference. Through encouraging cards, pink ribbon projects, and acts of kindness, our mentees can help remind someone that they are loved and supported.

Small hands. Caring hearts. A meaningful difference.

Ahmed Court No. 134 D.I.M.E. Youth and committee members were excited to take part in the Sleep in Heavenly Peace community service event on Saturday, September 12th. We assisted in building over 60 beds, which will soon be delivered to children in the Tallahassee area, bringing comfort and happiness to many young lives.

This meaningful project truly showcases our dedication to serving others, working together as a team, and creating a positive difference in the lives of families in our community. We're grateful for the chance to contribute our hands and hearts to something that matters so deeply, because “No kid SLEEPS on the floor in our town!”

🇺🇸 WE REMEMBER • SEPTEMBER 11, 2001–2026 🇺🇸

Today, S.A.M. & D.I.M.E. joins our nation in solemn remembrance of the 25th Anniversary of September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the courageous first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who answered the call during one of our nation’s darkest moments.

As mentors and mentees, we recognize the importance of teaching the next generation about this day—not only the tragedy, but also the extraordinary courage, unity, compassion, and service that followed.

May we continue to honor their memories by serving others, choosing kindness, standing together, and never forgetting.

💛🎗️ SEPTEMBER IS CHILDHOOD CANCER AWARENESS MONTH 🎗️💛

Throughout September, our Mentors & Mentees are encouraged to join together in recognizing Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

This month is an opportunity to teach our youth about compassion, service, kindness, and the importance of supporting children and families facing difficult circumstances.

🎗️ LET’S GO GOLD FOR THE KIDS! 🎗️

Mentors and Mentees, choose one or more activities to complete during September:

💛 Wear Gold Day — Wear something GOLD and take a photo showing your support for Childhood Cancer Awareness.

💌 Cards of Courage — Create encouraging cards, drawings, or positive messages for children receiving cancer treatment.

🎨 Go Gold Creativity Challenge — Create a poster, artwork, poem, or inspirational message using the gold childhood cancer awareness ribbon.

🪙 Coins for Courage — Collect spare change throughout September and donate the funds to a childhood cancer organization or family-support program.

🧸 Comfort Drive — Collect new small toys, books, coloring supplies, pajamas, or other approved comfort items for a children’s hospital or family-support organization. Please check the organization’s donation guidelines before collecting items.

📚 Learn & Share — Research one fact about childhood cancer and share what you learned with your Mentor, Mentee, family, or community.

💛 Random Acts of Kindness — Complete an act of kindness in honor of a child fighting cancer.

📸 GO GOLD Challenge — Mentors and Mentees can take pictures participating in their September activities so we can celebrate how our youth are making a difference!

On Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Boyd Park, New Brunswick, New Jersey, Golconda Court 16 provided a designated area for children to gather during the Annual Reunion of Families.
