A slight enhancement to the City Hall sign. A detailed brush is required to complete it, but significant differences are evident between our before and after images. We look forward to making some small changes here and there moving forward this year.

The City is aware of our flag situation after the storm last night. New flags and hardware have been purchased. The chain broke at a point to high to reach with just a regular ladder. We are reaching out to see if anyone will help with a lift so that we may repair ASAP. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Honoring the Life and Service of Gary Adams.
WHEREAS, Gary Adams served the citizens of Melvin, Texas with distinction as a City Mayor ; and
WHEREAS, during their tenure, Gary Adams was instrumental in fostering growth and improving the quality of life for all residents; and
WHEREAS, Gary Adams was known for their dedication, integrity, and commitment to public service; and
WHEREAS, the passing of Gary Adams on is a great loss to our community;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Marelina Brown, Mayor of Melvin do hereby urge all citizens to honor Gary Adams legacy of service.
