Dear Friends,
We're coming to you with a critical need. In order to keep Read Play Love open, we are in dire need of funds in order to refinance our property.
As of today (1/24/25) we need to raise $6500 by January 30.

It is always so neat to find homes for these dolls! This sweet baby has a new home with a sweet little girl ❤️ I wish I could share her picture, she is just the cutest! Here are some things her grandma shared with me:
She LOVES baby dolls and shes wanted one that is real size dolly she can wrap in blankets to carry! Ive been looking for one like this for her forever!
Shes honestly going to be thrilled!!
She ran to the car and hasnt sat her down since I got home. She named her Hannah Marie.
Thank you SO SO much for you and your sweet children sharing! You made her day!

I am feeling some of this heartache today, but he is right: our trials have made us who we are. That means that I can decide what I am going to do about my heartache. Will it make me stronger and bring me closer to God? That is what I am praying for!

You aren’t the only one with heartache. However, you have the chance to be the hero in your unique story. Don’t compare your life to anyone else’s or spend time wishing you had another’s seemingly good luck. Your path has made you who you are. So instead of searching for who has a better or worse road than you, keep your eyes fixed on making your journey the best it can possibly be.

Hello everyone! We have been focusing on family, homeschool, and our little homestead but we wanted to share some sweet baby dolls that we sent with Mini Encounters to some sweet nursing home residents that are going to love on them ❤️ THANK YOU to those of you that donated these new dolls to us last year. They will be blessing many lives and we thank God for your goodness! We hope to continue blessing many through dolls ❤️

My children and I are raising money for a local children’s theater group. They have some plumbing issues and other property issues they are hoping to fix this summer, but do not have the funds to do it. If you are able to help out, it would be a blessing to them, and you would get to enjoy some yummy popcorn! Please take a minute to look at it and see if you can be a part of it ❤️ It is SUCH a great place for kids to learn to love theater, and has been a blessing to our family!

We took a long break to focus on school and family, but we just started things back up again! So grateful for friends and sister missionaries that came by to help clean up dolls last week ❤️ These dolls will be a huge blessing to some families for Christmas!

Conference is such a spiritually uplifting experience every time. It brings the spirit into our home and helps us want to be more like Christ. I can’t wait to listen again today! If you haven’t listened to it before, come and see how wonderful it is!

We had an opportunity again to serve someone in the community looking for someone to replace the body of her childhood baby doll. I have never done something like that before, but she trusted me to give it a try. Every time I worked on it, I said a prayer to God to help me in what I was doing. I know he blessed me to do it as a blessing to this lady. These are the times that I see God is concerned about our concerns and he is there to make miracles happen. He loves the owner of this baby doll and was there to provide a miracle she needed 🙂 God is good.

Oh my goodness! Look at all these lovely BRAND NEW dolls sent by so many wonderful people in the community!!! We are blown away by everyone’s generosity and are so excited to bless so many ❤️ These babies are going to be so loved by the nursing home residents that get them! We will be blessing 17 people so far ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for helping us light the world with God’s goodness!!!

Are you wanting to make a difference in the community? Looking to give a little to someone else? We are in need of more baby dolls for memory care patients in nursing homes. We love to take used dolls and fix them up and clothe them, but we would be happy to take some of these baby dolls from Amazon if anyone is so inclined to help us out! They are between $10-16 and would make someone in need so happy! Please reach out if interested in helping ❤️

A Great Grandmother came with her great granddaughter to choose some Barbies the day after Christmas. Her two great granddaughters moved in with her when their father left them two years ago and she has been helping raise them ever since. Money is tight and she had no gifts for them for Christmas, promising that Santa would come, just not that day. That night as she told her granddaughter it was time for bed, the granddaughter wasn’t interested. She then told her that they would be going to pick up some Barbie dolls for Christmas the next day. The granddaughter happily hopped into bed and exclaimed, “Santa’s coming tomorrow!?” “Yes,” said the great grandma, “Santa IS coming tomorrow!”
It was so neat to bring Christmas to this little girl and her sister. She was all smiles as she picked her favorite Barbie dolls and clasped them close to her. Again, another reminder that something as simple as dolls can mean the world to some little girls. And even greater, they don’t have to be new to be loved ❤️
