We are so grateful to have so many donors and volunteers to help make year 6 at Melissa Cemetery our best yet! Thanks to the Boy Scouts for providing Color Guard, Rotary for marking over 150 veteran graves, Isaac Gil for playing Taps, Dana Conklin for the wreath hooks and an anonymous donor for providing a sound system for us this year! Thanks to all for helping to honor and remember the veterans buried in Melissa. See you all next year!

THANK YOU to our generous donor, Dana Conklin, who has provided the wreath hooks we needed for our ceremonial wreaths. We will be able to use these each year during our ceremony honoring all branches of the military. Thank you, Dana!!!

Once again, we are getting ready for WAA here in Melissa, Texas December 13th, 2025.

Please consider making a small donation to help this cause and teach our future generations to Remember, Honor, and Teach about the sacrifices made to secure our freedoms.

Thanks to all who donated wreaths and volunteered today at our WAA event in Melissa! Special thanks to Boy Scouts for Color Guard duty, MHS Senior Nathan Rose for playing TAPS, and Melissa Rotary for helping behind the scenes to mark the veterans graves. We were pleasantly surprised to have beautiful weather! Merry Christmas! Hope to see you all again next year!
