🚗💨 Check out this collab! Light The Tires Light L***r has rolled out at the American Muscle Car Museum!

AMCM is a private museum of over 475 cars, focused on raising money for Brevard County charities through community events, car shows, and fundraisers.

Crisp, crushable, and sporting custom can art designed alongside the AMCM, this one’s a must-see (and must-sip) for b**r and muscle car fans alike.

You can grab a can at the American Muscle Car Museum during one of their fundraising events. Cheers to great b**r, incredible cars, and supporting a good cause! 🍻

Sixty-eight years ago today, on October 16, 1958, Chevrolet introduced the all-new El Camino. Chevrolet's take on a car-truck hybrid, the El Camino combined the comfort and styling of a passenger car with the utility of a pickup truck. From 1959 through 1987, Chevrolet produced five generations of the El Camino, spanning 26 model years.

Here is a look back at some vintage El Camino advertisements. Over the years, buyers could choose from a wide range of engines, including inline-sixes, V6s, and V8s ranging from 283 to 454 cubic inches. A select few were even equipped with a 350 CI Oldsmobile diesel V8!

If you could have any El Camino, which would you pick? Here are a few interesting choices:

The original 1959 El Camino

The 1968 SS 396

The 1970 SS 454 LS6

The 1978 Black Knight

The 1983–1987 Choo Choo Customs SS

Which one would you want in your garage?

For those near the AMCM, who aren't heading over to Lakeland for the Lake Mirror Concours, we have some shows close to home to share with you. On Saturday, Space Coast Vettes has its annual Vettes on the Avenue in Downtown Melbourne. Always a great turnout, and you can't find any more Vettes in one place.

Also, the Third Saturday car show held at Calvary Chapel has been canceled this weekend. Calvary will instead host a memorial service for Kevin Morris of the Brevard County Sheriff's Office. Our thoughts are with both of the families involved in the accident.

This weekend, October 16th–18th, is the Lake Mirror Classic in Lakeland, Florida! We always enjoy participating in this event, and this year we're bringing along our 1956 Mercury XM Turnpike Cruiser concept car.

This one-of-one concept car was built for the 1956 auto show circuit, making appearances in Chicago, Detroit, New York, and Cleveland. It also toured the country in a specially designed trailer featuring glass panels and a rotating turntable, allowing spectators to view the car from every angle.

Come see this incredible piece of automotive history, along with hundreds of other great cars, at Saturday's Concours d’Elegance from 10AM to 4PM!

Today, the museum welcomed members of the Deep South Cobra Club for their second visit to the AMCM. Their last visit was back in October 2018, so quite a bit has changed around here since then! Even better, they brought along some of their amazing Cobras. Here is a look at their cars, a few highlights from their museum tour, and a video of the group heading out.

If you happen to see a large group of Cobras heading toward Okeechobee, they're likely taking part in the club's Reptile Roundup!

We would like to thank the Deep South Cobra Club for their generous donation to Brevard Public Schools. We enjoyed having everyone back and hope it won't be another eight years before their next visit!

Join us in wishing a very Happy Birthday to AMCM's Ryan Colin! We hope he is enjoying his time in Nebraska and is having an excellent day! We couldn't have a collection like the one we do without all his hard work. Here are some photos of Ryan from his time at AMCM. Happy Birthday!

Our very popular 1953 Porsche 356 Limousine has been part of the American Muscle Car Museum collection since 2019, and it is currently live on Bring a Trailer. This one-of-a-kind Porsche has always been a conversation starter here at the museum, and now it has the chance to become part of someone else’s collection.

If you’ve ever seen it at the museum, you already know this isn’t your typical Porsche 356.

Check out the full listing, photos, and details on BringATrailer.com, and follow along as the auction wraps up. Good luck to everyone bidding!

On Saturday, September 26th, the Satellite Beach Lions Club held their annual Car Show here at the American Muscle Car Museum. Despite heavy rain overnight, the weather improved by morning, and more than 100 cars still came out to support the local Lions Club. We sincerely thank everyone who brought out a car and helped support the cause!

As in previous years, everyone who registered a car in the show received an admission wristband to tour the museum collection. DJ Big Pappa provided the music and entertainment outside, as he does at nearly every car show here at the AMCM.

Also on hand were the Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation, selling tickets for a chance to win their 1971 Dodge Hemi Challenger Tribute, along with Helping Seniors, who were selling tickets for their upcoming car drawing here at the museum later this month.

Here is a look at the show. Thanks again to the Satellite Beach Lions Club for all of their hard work, and to everyone who attended and showed their support!
