🌟 FOUND CAT — PLEASE HELP US FIND HIS FAMILY! 🌟

Over the weekend, a very sweet young male tabby was brought into our rescue after a Good Samaritan found him in Southside Lakeland. He had followed the finder’s daughter home, and they immediately took him to a local veterinary clinic to get help.

💛 What we know:

- Brown & white male tabby
- Approximately 6 months old
- Microchipped, but sadly not registered
- Found in Southside Lakeland (no further location details provided)
- X‑rays show a fractured pelvis, but he’s in good spirits and expected to recover
- Extremely friendly, sweet, and social — possibly someone’s beloved pet

Thanks to the Good Samaritan and a caring tech at the veterinary clinic, he is now safe, comfortable, and receiving the care and cage rest he needs while he heals.

✨ We are hoping to reunite him with his owner.
If you recognize this boy, or believe he may belong to someone you know, please reach out to us right away. His personality and demeanor make it clear he has known love — and we would be thrilled to help him get back home.

📣 Please share this post, especially with friends and neighbors in the Lakeland area. The more eyes we reach, the better chance we have of finding his family.

Together, we can help this sweet boy get back where he belongs. 💕

🐾✨ Leo’s Big Question… Will This Be His Weekend? ✨🐾

Leo has been pacing around his kitten condo all week, practicing his cutest poses and wondering — truly wondering — how he didn’t get scooped up last Saturday.

Especially since nine other cats and kittens were adopted… including his sister.

She left in a tiny pink carrier, blew him a dramatic “see ya, bro!” whisker kiss, and Leo has been in his feelings ever since.

I mean… he’s got the cuteness factor, the purr engine, the belly‑rub readiness, and a face that could convince anyone to cancel their plans and stay home snuggling. Yet somehow, he went home with us instead of you.

Now Leo is staring out the window like a tiny, fluffy philosopher contemplating life’s greatest mysteries:

“Was it my timing? My whisker angle? Did I blink at the wrong moment? Should I have flopped sooner?”

He’s determined to get it right this time.

He’s been practicing his slow blink.

He’s been perfecting his flop.

He’s even been working on his “pick me!” face in the mirror — and honestly, it’s award‑winning.

Leo is ready, hopeful, and crossing his little paws that this Saturday, October 3, is finally his moment.

📍 Petco – West Melbourne (Hammock Landing)
⏰ Saturday, October 3 | 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

Come meet Leo and help him solve the mystery of why he’s still single. He’s convinced the right person is out there — maybe it’s you.

✨ And keep your eyes peeled tomorrow… we’ll be announcing the full kitten lineup for the event, and trust us, it’s a crowd you’ll want to meet.

Leo says he’ll be waiting — belly exposed, purrs loaded, hope activated. 💛🐾

🐾 Friday Spotlight: Gladys & Elvis — The Mother‑Son Duo Who Have Seen Things 🐾

This week’s Friday Spotlight features Gladys and Elvis, a mother‑son duo who have survived more drama than a daytime soap opera and still wake up every morning ready to cuddle, snack, and judge us lovingly.

Their story started when another rescue reached out for help. Gladys and her five kittens were taken in with eye infections so bad the vet basically said, “Nope.” The rescue didn’t agree, but due to circumstances beyond their control, they couldn’t continue care unless they chose the euthanasia route — which they refused. By the time they contacted us, only Gladys and one determined little kitten remained.

Enter Elvis:
Tiny.
Crusty‑eyed.
Fighting for his life.
And somehow still acting like he owned the place.

We took them in, rolled up our sleeves, and Elvis began healing like the little warrior he is. Sure, he’ll always have some challenges — but right now, all he needs is a warm facecloth wipe every couple of days. He doesn’t mind. In fact, he probably thinks it’s part of his spa routine.

Gladys and Elvis are one of the most bonded mother‑son duos we’ve ever seen. They do their own thing — Gladys sunbathing like she’s on a tropical vacation, Elvis zooming around the house like he’s late for a meeting — but they always reunite for dinner, cuddles, and emotional support snuggles.

Gladys is the gentle queen of the household. She leans in for cuddles, gives soft purrs, and delivers head‑butts that feel like tiny love taps… or tiny demands for more attention.

Elvis is the fun one. The silly one. The “I’m rolling on the floor again, don’t worry about it” one. He loves toys, belly rubs, cheek rubs, perching on your shoulder, and staring into your soul with those big handsome eyes like he’s choosing his favorite human of the day.

They’ve been with us for a long time — long enough for us to fall hopelessly in love with them — but they deserve a forever home of their own. A home where Gladys can sunbathe in peace, Elvis can perform his daily acrobatics, and both can share their incredible bond with humans who will adore them.

These two will show you what true love, gratitude, and mother‑son comedy gold look like.

If you're interested in adopting Gladys and Elvis, we're offering a discounted adoption fee of $225.00 for both. Complete an application at: winnco.us/adopt.

Once we review your application and, if approved, we'll be in touch to schedule a meet-and-greet.

😂🐾 Tomorrow: The Cats Are Plotting Something Adorable 🐾😂

Our rescue crew just informed the cats that tomorrow is adoption day… and the reaction was immediate chaos. The kittens started practicing their dramatic “notice me!” poses, the adults began perfecting their slow‑blink charm, and one tiny fluffball is apparently preparing a surprise performance that may or may not involve zoomies.

If you’re in the mood for cuteness, cuddles, and a little bit of delightful cat‑powered nonsense, tomorrow is your day. We’ll have an adorable mix of cats and kittens ready to meet you, greet you, and possibly choose you as their new favorite human.

📍 Petco Hammock Landing — Melbourne, FL
⏰ Tomorrow | 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

Come see the chaos, enjoy the sweetness, and maybe fall in love. The cats are ready. 💛🐾

📄 Every cat and kitten is spayed/neutered, microchipped, treated for fleas, worms, and parasites, and given age‑appropriate vaccines — so they’re ready to go home the same day. Our adoption fees range from $125 to $200.
