The "Official" Helping Seniors Photo Album from Saturday's amazing and well-attended AARP Senior Appreciation Day at the Merritt Square Mall. AARP Florida, One Senior Place - Brevard/Space Coast, Florida and Helping Seniors teamed up to welcome attendees with 30 different resource tables for our guests. Angelika Keene, of UF IFAS Brevard County Extension Service, taught the "Adult Mental Health First Aid" full-day course for a full class of 20 students who are focused on Senior Care at our Senior Resource Center of Brevard Friday. Angelika wil be speaking at the Helping Seniors Wellness Series, on "Stress Management", open to the public, and free of charge, at 11am on Thursday September 24th at the Center.
