370 households from Bete-Israel community are in dire need of basic needs. Food, cloth and shelter are their demand for survival. A $50.00 USD support can cover a 12 square meter single room rent for a household of five members. A $40.00 USD support can buy food grain and a $15.00 USD can buy cooking oil. They also need support for children’s school supplies. These people have stayed more than two decades in Addis Ababa after being registered for Aliyah. Last month, we gave food grain and money for cooking oil to 80 households with severe conditions. We are so grateful for your compassion and contribution to rescue our community members from starvation. (pictured are some of the Bete Israeli needy of Addis Ababa that we are already helping and the food grain for 80 households mentioned!)

From our director in Ethiopia: Over 100 widows and single mothers are getting monthly support from our charity organization. We also provide breakfast for 133 destitute children and supply food grain for six elders. These elders also are counting on us to maintain their houses in this rainy season. All these good work have been made possible because of your compassion and consistent generosity.

Happy Bete Israel children in rural area of Ethiopia eating breakfast! A school building is in progress with cafeteria to educate the children and feed them at tables , thanks to generous donors!

Not long ago these Bete Israel children barely ate and did not have this kind of gathering together nor know these songs. Now they have been receiving breakfast from us, in this grassed area, and have started to receive an education in this same spot! They look so much healthier and happy since we first started this outreach to them! We have plans made for building a school with cafeteria for them! Generous donors have made it possible to accomplish what we have with them, more generous donors will help us make the school building happen!
