For more than 50 years, The Compassionate Friends has been a source of hope, understanding, and connection for families grieving the death of a child, sibling, or grandchild.

Through more than 400 chapters and peer-to-peer communities, TCF reminds grieving families that they are not alone. There are people who understand because they’ve walked this heartbreaking journey, too.

This month, the campaign is about spreading the word and helping those who are grieving find the support and connection they deserve.

💙 Do you know someone who has lost a child, sibling, or grandchild? You don't have to have the perfect words. Sometimes, simply sharing a resource can make a difference.

💙🩷 October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month 🩷💙

October is a time to remember the babies who left this world too soon, the pregnancies that ended in heartbreak, and the families who carry that love and loss with them every day.

Behind every loss is a story. A baby who was wanted, loved, and dreamed of. A family whose hearts were forever changed. A lifetime of love held in memories, milestones imagined, and dreams that will always matter.

To every parent who has experienced pregnancy or infant loss: Your baby matters. Your grief matters. Your love will always matter. You are not alone, and you never have to forget to move forward.

This month, we remember the little lives that touched our hearts, honor the parents and families who carry their memories, and remind one another that even the briefest lives leave an everlasting imprint. 🦋

We are very pleased to announce The Compassionate Friends (TCF) 48th Annual National Conference in Bellevue, WA! TCF's National Conference is an enriching and supportive event for many newer and long-time bereaved parents, grandparents, and siblings. Attendees come and find renewed hope and support, as well as strategies for coping with grief. Participants create friendships with other bereaved people who truly understand the heartbreaking loss of a child, sibling, or grandchild. Lifelong friendships are often formed and rekindled each year at TCF conferences.
