May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Our newest blog "Strengthening Mental Health Support Through Wraparound Services" reminds us that real support requires more than awareness, it requires action. Wraparound care offers a family-driven, team-based approach that coordinates services, builds on strengths, and connects natural supports to address the full picture of mental health. By reducing fragmentation and empowering families, Wraparound promotes lasting stability and resilience, helping children, youth, and families thrive in their homes and communities.

What happens when the walls between "the system" and "the streets" finally come down? In this episode, Tracy and Jay sit down with longtime friends and visionary leaders Dr. Rauso and Pastor Dan from Los Angeles, California, to discuss Wraparound's approach to safety: the Community Force Field.

Our guests share their firsthand experience building authentic partnerships between formal systems and grassroots community leaders. We’re diving deep into how these alliances move beyond surface-level fixes to create a protective shield around our most vulnerable youth and families. From the heart of LA to the future of social impact, learn how trust-based collaboration can turn systemic gaps into safety nets.
