It is with the heaviest of hearts that on behalf of PUSHBACK, we express our deepest condolences on the tragic passing of Rev. George White and his wife Mary White. Words fail to capture the profound sadness we feel as we mourn the loss of not just a member, but a brave soul, a committed advocate, and a cherished part of our family.
Rev. George White dedicated his time, passion, and heart to the mission of ending violence and building safer communities. His courage, compassion, and unwavering belief in justice were evident in everything he did. Whether walking alongside those most impacted by crime or championing initiatives that brought hope to neighborhoods in need, Rev. White stood for peace even in the face of danger.
The work we do is not easy, it requires conviction, strength, and an unshakable belief in humanity. Rev. White embodied all of these qualities. His absence leaves a void that cannot be filled, but his legacy will continue to inspire us as we carry forward the mission he believed in so deeply.
As we grieve this immense loss, please know that PUSHBACK stands with his entire family. The couples memory will live on in every life we touch and every act of peace we strive to achieve.
