My brother was able to tailgate this hunters first deer in Georgia. Hunter shot the deer at 75 yards with a 6.5 creedmore with zero blood located. Dogs went 50 yards to a dead deer.

Update…. Dogs took it to a wet pond and we could not figure out where the deer went.. it was pouring rain when we showed up… and the pond was shin deep.. tough one to track but it happens! Can’t find them all but we will give it a shot.

Just got a call… hunter shot a deer 2-3 inches behind heart… deer ran out to 30yds and stopped hunter shot at the buck again but buck ducked the arrow.. lots of blood and lots of water sounds like a fun one!

Well update on last nights track……. Ace jumped him and took him to the water. Once I heard water…. I kinda freaked out because of all the gators this year…… so I called Ace back to me after he was messing around in the water…… hunter went back this morning to find the deer less than 50yds from where I called ace back to me! Stinks we could not pull it together last night but that wasn’t the dogs fault! I take 100% of the blame! Gotta trust the dogs!

Jumped deer 6 hours after he was shot ace caught him but could not hold him deer was able to get away from ace and he couldn’t catch back up to him! Very little blood from the bed we got the deer up from! Unsure of the shot. Could not figure where he went after he was caught! Over all good track just wish we could have got to ace before the deer got away from him.

Well headed to load the dogs for a track… going to be a good one 10 yards quarter to with liver and guts on the arrow! Ace and Marley will be going on their first airboat ride tonight and first gut shot! Wish us luck!

Went 2/2 tonight! One was a great shot very little blood 150yd recovery. Second track was a little tricky hunter shot the doe then shot a hog after both ran the same way. Hunter advised very little pe*******on on arrow. Dogs were able to line out the deer out for a nice recovery!!! Off to a great season!
