🚨 NORTH CAROLINA: The Department of Education has launched a Title IX investigation after female students reported that a biological male was using girls’ locker rooms and watching girls change.

One brave student stood before her school board and spoke publicly when adults refused to listen.

According to reports, girls who felt uncomfortable were told they could “go somewhere else.”

That is exactly backwards.

This June marks the 54th anniversary of Title IX and the second annual Title IX Month under the Trump Administration. Secretary Linda McMahon says restoring Title IX protections for women and girls is a priority.

Girls deserve privacy.
Girls deserve fairness.
Girls deserve leaders willing to defend them.

For years too many girls felt pressured to stay silent. More are finally finding the courage to speak up, and now federal investigators are listening. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 Moms are retaking June. ☀️

This month celebrates the Supreme Court case Pierce v. Society of Sisters, which affirmed a simple but powerful principle:
Children are not property of the state, and parents direct the care, upbringing, and education of their children.

Yes… that includes education. 😄

Turns out moms caring what happens in schools is not “extreme.”
It’s actually one of the most normal American things imaginable.

So while the internet melts down this month, moms across America will continue doing what moms do best:
raising families, protecting kids, showing up at school board meetings, reading the fine print, packing snacks, and refusing to stay quiet. ☕🇺🇸

Happy Parental Rights Month to all the joyful warriors out there. 💕🗽

This month, celebrate Parental Rights Month.
Celebrate involved parents.
Celebrate families.
Celebrate the idea that loving your children enough to care what they’re taught is not ‘extreme.’

It’s normal.
It’s American.
And it’s worth protecting.” 🇺🇸

🚨 The Department of Education is making it clear: the promise of Title IX will be defended. 🇺🇸

This week, the U.S. Department of Education launched a civil rights investigation into a North Carolina school district after female students reported concerns about a biological male using girls’ locker rooms and private spaces.

For 54 years, Title IX has protected opportunities for women and girls in education and athletics. Now, under the leadership of Linda McMahon and the Trump Administration, the Department says it is committed to restoring Title IX “to the fullest extent of the law.”

stated:
“No woman or girl will have to fight alone to secure her basic protections.”

DEFENDING TITLE IX | TITLE IX MONTH SPECIAL

“Girls know this isn’t fair.”

During June’s Title IX Month, Scarlett Johnson is joined by high school athlete Ella Frei and California parental-rights advocate Beth Bourne for an important conversation about protecting girls’ sports, women’s spaces, and equal opportunity for female athletes.

From locker rooms and bathrooms to the emotional pressure many girls feel behind the scenes, this discussion highlights why more young women are finding the courage to speak publicly.

Ella shares the perspective of a teenage female athlete competing today, while Beth Bourne discusses what parents across America need to understand as these debates continue to grow nationwide.

This is about fairness.
This is about truth.
And this is about defending the original purpose of Title IX.

Girls deserve fair competition.
Girls deserve privacy.
Girls deserve equal opportunity.
