Fat hog auction was great! The youth take on the true experience of farm to table. They raise these hogs, feed and track weight gain to have an agricultural experience while completing this project. Hogs are auctioned off and the youth earns all cash from the sale. Mr. Tony Watson donated his time to conduct this auction. The turn out from the community was very supportive. Another successful hog auction for the kids.
