Yesterday we had the pleasure of spending the day teaching fire safety, and doing activities with students and their families from the Salt and Light homeschooling group! They all got to spray water at a camp fire, they got to race to get dressed up and see what it's like to wear our fire gear, they all know the escape plan if they ever need to leave their home for any reason! They also got to see why we do not put water on a grease fire! It was an awesome day and we are already planning for next year's presentation! Thank you to our members for their awesome job! Chief kevin Walters, Luteinet Adam Henning, Firefighter Weston Decker, and two of our junior members, Trandon Cheek, and Colton Walters!

Volunteers from FWM Volunteer Fire Co. and Station 101 kicked off a Pump Operations 1 class this evening.

We'd like to thank Wyoming County, Pa - Emergency Management Agency for securing funding to cover training costs for Fire, Rescue, and EMS Agencies in Wyoming County!

We'd like to like instructor Tim Knapp for traveling from Pike County to teach us!

We're forever grateful for our dedicated volunteers and those who go above and beyond to make sure we are well fed!
