Medora is always open, but some of our businesses close down for some months to reset, those businesses are starting to reopen their doors this month. If you are making the trip for a specific store, call ahead to check their hours - we look forward to seeing you soon!

The Chateau de Mores State Historic Site is open for the summer season! 🎉

From May 1st through September 30th, the Chateau is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm. The last tickets will be sold at 4 pm to allow sufficient time to tour the house.

Learn about Medora's namesake and the Marquis de Morès' business ventures in the North Dakota Badlands.
