We are very excited!! We will parking cars at Medina Vet Clinic during fair week August 3rd through August 9th. We were able to raise an incredible amount for Sophia's Smile .

What an incredible morning!! We did it! Over 200 participants!! My goal for years was get to 200. I want to thank everyone for coming out on such a beautiful morning to remember my sweet red head, and help so many families in need after losing a child. Thank you for our incredible sponsors, and to everyone that shared, donated, participated and supported Sophia's Smile to help make this happen! We'll see everyone next year with new goals...300 participants 😊💕

As I sit here visiting Sophia, I look at her headstone,Remembering going to pick it out. The very last thing I would ever get her. It took me 10 months after she passed away to be able to do this. I wanted it to be perfect, but simple. I knew exactly what I'd wanted, the same headstone that my grandmother had purchased for her own child.
I had been so fortunate to have so many wonderful people and in my life that helped me financially through the entire process of losing Sophia.
There are SO many that do not have this kind of support. Many families that are not prepared for the financial burden of suddenly losing a child.
After leaving the monument place i knew this is what I wanted to do! I wanted to make sure that there was no child that went without a headstone. That families could choose exactly what they wanted for the very last thing they would ever do for their child.
Tomorrow morning we will be remembering my sweet Sophia and all the other children that have
taken to soon.

We are 6 days away from our 11th Sophia's Smile! If you haven't shared, signed up, or told everyone you know about our race, here are a few reasons you should.

🧡 We are a small non profit organization that raises our funds solely through this race.

🧡 100% of the proceeds go to purchasing headstones.

🧡 We not only help families locally but all over the country.

🧡 We have helped to take the financial burden off of so many families going through the most unimaginable time in their lives.

🧡 We have purchased headstones for children that have gone without a headstone for so many years.

Here are a few headstones that we have purchased through the years.

Ruby Underwood went 64 years without a headstone. Her family saw our story on the news and contacted me.
