Reminder! Offices will be closed tomorrow for Senior Day!

Please Note
MCSAS Offices will be CLOSED tomorrow, May 20 because all staff will be helping to host Superhero Senior Day!

Come and join us from 9am-1pm at the Medina County Fairgrounds Community Building. There will be 85 tables to visit offering all kinds of info for seniors, a box lunch courtesy of Medina County Senior & Adult Foundation, and entertainment by The Adjustments.

Medina County Senior and Adult Services Soprema Cafe (Wadsworth)
Food Service Worker (Part-Time)

Starting Rate: $16.00/hr
Paid holidays
Hours: Monday – Friday (Days vary)
Ages 18 and over.

Responsible for daily service provision of meals at the Soprema Senior Center, including food preparation, serving meals and clean-up.
Graduate from high school or equivalent.
Must possess and maintain reliable transportation.
Some cooking experience required. Familiarity with commercial cooking equipment, batch cooking or prep experience recommended.
Ability to effectively communicate with the public, making observations and referrals when necessary
Basic math skills, money counting abilities required
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of safety procedures, including basic first aid and CPR.

Successful candidate must pass both a background check and drug screen.
