We were excited to participate in the Fight the Hunger, Stock the Trailer program through Farm Credit again this year! We received a check for $500 for participating and our members voted to spend $250 on needed food items and donate the remaining $250 to Cups Collective.

🐑 Fair Friends Animal Show | 10:00–11:00 AM | Open Sheep Barn
Come meet our members and their fair animals!

🚌 We’re excited to welcome a Sensory Bus sponsored by Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities and will also have fun games and activities in the pavilion for everyone to enjoy!

💙 Sensory Barn Reminder: Tomorrow is the final day the Sensory Barn will be open. It will close at 4:00 PM so our Jr. Fair Board members can prepare for the Junior Livestock Sale. 🚨 FAIR PASS PICK-UP IS TODAY AND SUNDAY! 🚨

📍 Building 14
🕛 12:00–5:00 PM

🎟️ Pick up your:
• Fair Pass
• Exhibitor Number

Everyone (exhibitors, volunteers, and advisors) will join the alphabetical line by your last name. There is not a separate window for volunteers and advisors. All individuals must pick up their own pass, passes will not be given to anyone not present.

💙 Our Junior Fair Board members are youth volunteers, and we’re using a new system this year. Please be patient and kind as we work to get everyone through the line. They have no control over who gets a fair pass, a feeding pass or exhibit numbers.

⚠️ Your fair pass is a cinch wristband—once it’s tightened, it cannot be loosened.

🥫 Help us Stock the Trailer by bringing a canned or non-perishable food item to help fight hunger in our community.

👔 Need show clothes? Stop by the Showmanship Closet in the front of Building 10, open Saturday & Sunday until 5:00 PM. All items are FREE for any youth who could use them. Help yourselves there will not be somebody manning this area.

See you soon—we’re excited to kick off fair week! 🎡
