It's almost September, which means it's almost time for nominations for the Belegarth Board of Directors!
Descriptions for Officer positions and the nomination/voting process can be found in the Belegarth Bylaws (Articles 6, 7, and 10):

Officer positions:
• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Webmaster
• Public Relations Coordinator
• Treasurer
To run for office, a member must be nominated and seconded by a voting realm on the War Council forum. Once nominated, each member will need to formally accept their nomination in the same forum.
Once nominations close, there will be a 7-day discussion period where voting realms will be able to ask questions ahead of casting their vote.
A simple majority of half of the responding realms shall be considered a successful election.
