Our July workshop is here!
Unroll your mat [or blanket] under the open sky, and let the sprawling grass, gentle summer breeze and warm sun dance on your skin while you start your day with some mindful movement! Led by Michelle Guthmiller Lytle, this workshop is for you whether you have never tried yoga or are an experienced yogi! Protein blended coffee will be provided after class by The Farmstead!
