Every year, we come together to honor and remember the loved ones we have lost at the Delco Overdose Awareness & Memorial Walk .π
Every name represents someone who was deeply loved and is deeply missed. This walk is our way of making sure they are remembered. Each year, we include their names on the back of our Memorial Walk T-shirt, read every name aloud during our remembrance ceremony, and create a Photo Memorial Banner featuring their faces and names for all to see.
If you would like your loved one to be included in this year's memorial, please complete the submission form with your full name, your loved one's full name, your relationship to them, and a clear photo for the Photo Memorial Banner.

Within the form, you'll also find a list of the names we've collected and honored over the years. If your loved one's name is already included, there's no need to resubmit it unless you'd like to update or add a photo for this year's Photo Memorial Banner.
