Al-Anon is a fellowship that focuses on a program of recovery for people whose lives have been affected by an alcoholic/addict. In each meeting, Al-Anon members share their experience, strength, and hope to solve common problems and contribute to one purpose: to help families and friends affected by the disease of alcoholism/addiction. It is not led by a counselor or therapist, but instead relies on mutual group support.
