IMMEDIATE FOSTER NEEDED FOR FEMALE GOLDEN BREEDER MAMA ‘TAYLA’
Dog, kid and people friendly

Media PA area

We are trying to rescue this sweet, friendly female golden retriever from her life at the puppy mill as a breeding machine 😞

TAYLA is seven years old and weighs around 63 lbs. She just had her last litter of puppies. She does have some thinning hair at the moment , probably from another litter of puppies and stress on her body.

TAYLA is friendly with other dogs and people including kids and has a very sweet nature .

Please let us know if anyone can foster this girl asap so that we can get her out of the puppy mill and into a home where she can finally get the TLC and comfort that she deserves.

Please contact Christine at [email protected] if anyone can help.

Thank you!

GLIMMER is a beautiful Female Tuxedo kitten with a cute black mustache. She is one of four kittens we rescued off the streets of Phila. about a month ago. The other kittens, Glow and Ray and Shine are also posted. An experienced trapper spent days helping us to get them safe. If we had not trapped them, they would be destined to a difficult feral life. All four are safe in foster care with the trapper in Delaware County, PA. We do not know the exact ages, but probably 2-3 months old. They will all be spayed and neutered on 10/19, receive vaccines, tested for FIV and FELV and chipped. These kittens will require patience and need experienced cat owners who understand they will not immediately be like typical domestic cats. But with the dedication of the foster, they have made great strides. GLIMMER is quite shy but is learning to trust. In the beginning, Foster put her in a cozy pouch to help her feel more comfortable. All four kittens will be at our fundraiser this Saturday, 10/17. Please see flyer on our page for details. If interested, please contact [email protected].

Our newest boy Re*****on has arrived from NC!

Re*****on wound up in the shelter when his owners health wouldn’t allow him to care for him any longer.

He’s 6 years old and weighs 68 lbs We think he’d labradoodle and Irish terrier ?? Any guesses?

Re*****on is great with people and other dogs!

Welcome to Rescue Express, Re*****on!

Thank you to everyone in NC who worked hard to rescue this boy and get him up to us. And we are very grateful to Mike Rezac for overnighting him and to his foster Lori.

SWEET SENIOR KITTY ‘JAVA’ - OWNER DROPPED HER AT VET’S TO EUTHANIZE
Media PA area She is a healthy spayed 12 year old girl

IMMEDIATE FOSTER NEEDED!

Java’s elderly owner dropped her off to be reorganized because she started peeing outside of the litter box . We believe this is because the owner didn’t want her any longer and wasn’t cleaning her litter box regularly. She shouldn’t have to lose her life over this! She needs someone to give her a chance!

Can anyone foster a sweet 12 year old ? The vet called us after Java’s elderly owners requested her to be euthanized without an exam or trying to determine if she has a uti etc

The vet determined that she does NOT have a uti or other health issues. Urine tests, bloodwork and X-rays were done.

She is spayed and had a dental done last year.

Please let us know if anyone can help. She cannot stay at the vet clinic for more than a few days.

Thank you for sharing!

Please contact Christine at [email protected] if anyone can help.

UPDATE! We have several foster offers for Chico! We will keep everyone updated on this sweet little man!

EMERGENCY FOSTER NEEDED FOR SUPER SAD & SWEET SENIOR CHIHUAHUA ‘CHICO’
Media, PA area

Poor sweet Chico was found as a stray roaming in Chester, PA . He was most likely dumped 😢

This little guy was found by a kind person who wasn’t able to keep him. She tried for over a week to locate any owners who might be looking for him.

Chico is approximately 10 years of age and weighs around 9 lbs.

Chico is not neutered yet but he is fully housebroken! He is very sweet and very clearly sad and lost, he does well with other dogs, people and cats.

Chico has separation anxiety and needs someone who is home most of the time. He would be a great foster for someone who works from home or a retired couple or person.

Chico has a vet appt on Monday. He is a very sad little man who clearly feels lost and confused.

Is there anyone out there who can take this sweet little soul in and provide him with some comfort and stability?

Please contact Christine at [email protected] if anyone can help.

Thank you for sharing for this poor little senior soul 🙏🙏🙏

FOSTER NEEDED FOR ADORABLE RE*****ON!
Dog & People friendly Media PA area

6 year old male wire haired mix (maybe some labradoodle?) 63 lbs.

Owner surrendered to shelter in Nc because they could not longer care for him (owner has health issues).

This scruffy guy was an owner surrender to the shelter. He did well on his dog tests, just wanting to play with the other dogs and vocalizing when he was not able to. He is struggling with the noise and busyness of the shelter setting after spending his life in a home.

Re*****on is a high energy boy who would do great in a home with a fenced yard and another dog to pal around with.

Please let us know if anyone can help!
