Woodworking Demo (10am–2pm | 219 Cheyney Rd, Glen Mills | Free) Rick and Tish Schuman of For Woodness Sake demonstrate how colonial craftspeople turned raw wood into everyday tools — and their full inventory is available. 🥣 Feeding a Revolution: Daily Rations Cooking Demo. Foodways historian Stacy Booth of Forgotten Recipes walks you through what Continental Army soldiers actually ate.

💧 Colonial PA Farmstead: Waterways, Wells & Wash (11am–4pm | 3900 N Sandy Flash Dr, Newtown Square | $12) Hands-on science + history for the whole family. How did colonists get their water? Do their laundry? It's more fascinating than it sounds.

🎶 Haverford Heritage Festival (11am–4pm | Karakung Drive, Havertown | Free) Free tours of Nitre Hall and Lawrence Cabin. Live local music. Craft beer from Conshohocken Brewery. Food vendors. Revolutionary and Civil War reenactors. Blacksmithing. Native American crafts. LEGO displays. Fire trucks. The Haverford Historical Society has been doing this for years — and it shows.
