Crystal, we see what you've built for yourself and your family. You're going to school full-time, you just earned a 4.0 last term, and through it all you show up every single day as a strong, loving, present mother.

Recovery isn't just about staying sober. It's about rebuilding a whole life, and Crystal, you are doing exactly that with grace and grit. You are proof that healing and thriving can happen at the same time.

Instead of our usual Women's Health & Wellness group, we're gathering for our monthly Breathwork session (sign-up required). Come breathe, reset, and be present with us. Flourish Friday picks back up tomorrow at 6pm, same as always.

If you're in recovery, you know what it means to hold "all of it, all the time." Motherhood, healing, showing up for yourself when nobody's watching. Being overwhelmed is not a failure, it just means we are still doing the hard stuff and not giving up. 🌸 ✨️

You don't have to carry it alone. Come sit with women who get it.

Flourish Anyway would like to recognize Jessica McCall as she transitions from Chair of our Board of Directors into a new role supporting operations.

During her time as Board Chair, Jessica helped strengthen the structure behind Flourish, support its continued growth, and turn ideas into action as the organization moved through an important stage of development.
Her leadership has centered on building stronger systems, creating community connections, and helping lay the groundwork for what comes next.

While Jessica is stepping away from board leadership, she isn't stepping away from Flourish. We're excited to have her continue that work in operations, where she'll help support the organization as it grows and puts more of its plans into action.

Thank you, Jessica, for your leadership, commitment, and the work you've given to Flourish, and for continuing into this next chapter with us.
