Flourish Anyway would like to recognize Jessica McCall as she transitions from Chair of our Board of Directors into a new role supporting operations.

During her time as Board Chair, Jessica helped strengthen the structure behind Flourish, support its continued growth, and turn ideas into action as the organization moved through an important stage of development.
Her leadership has centered on building stronger systems, creating community connections, and helping lay the groundwork for what comes next.

While Jessica is stepping away from board leadership, she isn't stepping away from Flourish. We're excited to have her continue that work in operations, where she'll help support the organization as it grows and puts more of its plans into action.

Thank you, Jessica, for your leadership, commitment, and the work you've given to Flourish, and for continuing into this next chapter with us.
