It’s… Mystics Monday!

What a weekend for the Mystics 14u teams!

14u Babbitt - Mystics had a very fun weekend being the 2026 USA 14u New Jersey State Champions. They outscored their opponents 57-11 and went 7-0! Gabby Hamlin had 2 huge over the fence homeruns with Concetta Maiore shortly behind her with 1!! Also a huge shoutout to Peyton Wood with her base clearing game winning hit! We are so proud of them all!! ❤️🤍💙

14u National - After shaking the Saturday rust off, the 14u National team came out ready to dominate on Sunday! They went 4-0 on the day, winning the silver bracket of the Beat the Beat to Be the Beat USA tournament! Special shoutout to Hailey Souder who hit her very first over the fence home run! Welcome to the Mystics Bomb Squad!

Mystics Fastpitch is doing something a little different with our younger teams in NJ this year, with true academy style coaching & training at our Mystics only facility located in Medford. Monday thru Friday our 8u, 10u, and 12u teams will have open facility time to work on their game, supervised by our non parent coaches, and each day will feature a different position specific session with our pitching, fielding, hitting, and catching instructors. This is all on top of weekly team practices, approximately 19 hours of training available weekly. We believe in training young players and having our coaches actually coach. Yes, they will have full game schedules, but they will not lose out on training - tournaments do not take the place of practice.

Colonial Conference and NJ.com have named Avangelina Bates (18u Showcase, Class of 2028) as the Player of the Week!!

The sophomore went 9-for-13 (.692) with six runs scored and three stolen bases as the Silver Knights split four games during the week. In a 9-2 upset win over West Deptford on April 21, Bates had three knocks, two RBIs and swiped three bags. She’s batting .500 (24-for-48) for the season and is three knocks shy of her entire hit total from last spring.

It’s….. Mystics Monday!

Another great weekend to be a Mystic!

10u - The 10u team came in second place in the Bats for Cats USA tournament, which benefitted local shelters. The team battled all weekend, keeping games within 1 run. They head to VA Saturday for the VA Glory Spring Invitational tournament! Special shoutout to 18u Mystics player Hannah Hines for helping coach the 10u during their Saturday games!

12u - Mystics 2K14 also played in the Bats for Cats tournament, with a record of 3-2 on the weekend, finishing Top 4 out of 14 teams and falling in the Semi Finals. Shout out to Ari Adelsberger — 10 IP, who battled through back-to-back games on Sunday in questionable weather and showed serious grit! Their hitters of the week are #14 Naya “Boo” Melendez and #99 Molly Mallowe, each with 5 hits and 5 rbis.

12u PA Mystics Garrett/Santillo won the Bats for Cats tournament! Congratulations to our players and coaches on an outstanding weekend, finishing 6-0-1 to win the Bats for Cats Shelter Fundraiser Tournament. The hard work from winter workouts was evident in every game, and it was great to see that preparation pay off on the field. A strong way to kick off the spring tournament season.

14u National won the silver bracket at Unity’s Swing into Spring. They played solid competition and went undefeated on Sunday!

14u Mystics Babbit went undefeated and took 1st place in the 14U USA Dust off the Diamond tournament!

Catcher Tuesday Alert!

For this week’s catcher Tuesday, we are highlighting Macie Bergmann (2024). Macie is a top NATIONALLY ranked catcher in the category of catching runners stealing!!! In this weekend’s series against North Carolina A&T, Macie’s bat helped Drexel in their sweep with a home run and double!

Off the field, Macie continues to give back to softball through the Little Dragons Program, where she mentors current 10u Mystics McGeehan player, Olivia Cooke.

Macie continually sets the standard on and off the field, and we are beyond proud to have been part of her journey.

If you want to see Macie and former Mystics players Quinn Cunningham (2025) and Liv Sculli (2025) take on former Mystics player Maddison Biddle (2023, UNCW) head to the Drexel softball complex on Friday at 3pm or Saturday/Sunday at 12pm.

It’s…. Mystics Monday!

Our 10u team went 2-1 this weekend, playing solid softball. The bats came alive with multiple extra base hits and crucial RBIs from the entire line-up. It was a true team effort!

The 12u Elite team also went 2-1 while playing in a 14u bracket. The pitchers adapted well to the increased distance, showcasing their ability to step-up to a challenge!

The 14u National went 1-1 in a PA vs NJ battle of Mystics teams!

The 14U Mystics Babbitt went 5-1 this weekend and earned every bit of the 14O USA Spring Fever Championship. They competed, stayed composed, and never backed down — even when the championship game stretched to 11 innings fighting to the last pitch and walking it off with a 3-2 win.

Today Ryann Treddinick, from the 18u Mystics LSS - Dorman, celebrated her signing to Mount St. Marys where she will continue her athletic and academic career! We are so proud of you!

It’s….. Mystics Monday!

The 12u teams did not disappoint this weekend!

Aubree Pellegrino, from the 12u Elite, hit her FIRST over the fence home run! It wasn’t just a home run, it was a 3 run shot!

Scarlett Kilborn, from the 12u 2K14, also hit her first over the fence home run!

Way to go girls!
