It’s an honor to give back to the community and support the students of our school district.

This year, A1 Cares was proud to award two $5,000 scholarships to outstanding graduates. Congratulations to Wesley, who will be continuing his academic and athletic career playing football at SUNY Cortland, and Emma, who will be attending Marist University this fall.

We wish both of them the very best as they begin this exciting new chapter. Your hard work and dedication have paid off, and we look forward to seeing all that you accomplish in the years ahead. Congratulations and best of luck!

This year, Vincent is taking on the incredible challenge of running the Chicago Marathon with one purpose in mind: helping children and families supported by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

His goal is to raise $10,000 to support lifesaving treatments, groundbreaking research, and compassionate care for children battling serious illnesses. Families at St. Jude never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food — allowing them to focus entirely on helping their child heal.

Every mile Vincent runs represents hope for children facing the toughest fights of their lives. Every donation, no matter the size, helps provide:

Critical medical treatment
Research for childhood cancers and diseases
Support for families during unimaginably difficult times
Hope for a healthier future for thousands of children
