CAN YOU SEE IT?!? 🤔 - In 1609, Galileo Galilei revolutionized our understanding of the cosmos by improving the telescope. Despite facing resistance from traditional views, he challenged established thought and revealed moons orbiting Jupiter, proving the universe was far more complex than anyone had imagined. As a result, Galileo was tried by the Inquisition in 1633, found "vehemently suspect of heresy," forced to recant, and spent the rest of his life under house arrest.

Fast forward to today, and we find ourselves at a similar crossroads with artificial intelligence (AI).

Like the telescope in Galileo's time, AI is reshaping how we see the world. The possibilities are as boundless as the stars in the sky. However, this rapid advancement has also sparked debates and fears, mirroring the skepticism and resistance faced by Galileo.

The lesson here is clear: Throughout history, every significant leap in knowledge has been met with caution and controversy. Yet, time and again, human curiosity and ingenuity have prevailed, opening up new worlds of understanding and opportunity.

We stand on the brink of the AI frontier, let's channel our inner Galileo. Let’s embrace the extraordinary possibilities with optimism and courage. The universe of knowledge AI promises to unlock is vast, and by learning from the past, we can move forward with hope and excitement for the future.

Here's a snapshot of my puppy, Chewie! Well, he's technically an 8-year-old dog now, but boy, did he have some big paws! His oversized puppy feet remind me of what leadership is really about. It's not just owning a set of skills; it's about growing into them over time. Think of it as the puppy feet phenomenon: just as pups eventually grow into a graceful trot, so too can individuals (with time) blossom into stellar leaders.

Leadership is all about vision—the ability to spot potential in others and the wisdom to cultivate it. It calls for a growth mindset, an environment ripe with challenges, and ample support for continuous learning. Much like my clumsy Chewie needed room to master its paws, emerging leaders require space and time to sync their skills.

Investing in the development of potential leaders is what being a growth-minded leader is all about. Encourage a culture of growth, spot the untapped potential, and create opportunities for others to step up. Remember, leaders aren't born fully formed—they grow into their roles, often outgrowing their initial awkward stages.

Let’s pledge to be the kind of leaders who nurture potential and cultivate an atmosphere where everyone can reach their full stride. It's Friday, the day we remember Jesus dying on the cross. It's a heavy thought, knowing He chose to go through that for us, for love, for redemption. But here's the thing—today's sorrow isn't the end of the story. Because a lot can happen in three days.

So while we remember the sacrifice today, let's also hold onto the excitement of what's coming. Because in just three days, everything changes. The story isn't over on Friday. Hold onto that hope, share it, live in that truth. ITS Friday, but Sunday's coming, and it's a game-changer.
