LOCATION CHANGE FOR TONIGHT'S Medford Family Network CONCERT! ⛈️

Due to potential thunderstorms, tonight's MFN Summer Concert featuring Vanessa Trien & the Jumping Monkeys is moving from Wright's Pond to the Medford Public Library!

Here is what you need to know:

📍 Where: Medford Public Library (Bonsignore Room, 2nd Floor)
⏰ When: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
🍕 Pizza from For Pizza is STILL on for tonight! Pre-orders are open until 3:00 PM at FriendsoftheMFN.org/summer. Pick-up starts around 5:30 PM at the library (you can eat in the Bonsignore Room or in the cafe area).
📚 Bonus: While there won't be MFN kids' activities before the show, feel free to arrive early and check out the awesome Children's Room at the library!

🍕 Hoping you all heard the news from the MFN that the concert that was supposed to be last night (Tuesday) has been moved to TOMORROW NIGHT, Thursday, due to the weather!

The rest of the details are exactly the same: we are kicking things off with the fantastic Matt Heaton at Wright's Pond! Colleen's of Medford Square will be there too for Ice Cream treats!

To help keep things stress-free and easy for our volunteer team this year, we are doing PRE-ORDERS ONLY for the main food orders. Skip the dinner stress, hang out on the picnic blankets, and let us handle the food!

Please note: Thursday is a much busier day for For Pizza, so if you are planning to join us, we ask that you please place your order as early in the day as possible so they have time to produce everything.

We will have a very limited amount of extra pizzas available for sale on-site on a first-come, first-served basis, but pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee a slice!

🎸🎶 FMFN Porchfest Block Party & Kids' Karaoke 🎤✨

The FMFN Spirit Week: Celebrating Our Community. fun continues into the weekend! Join us tomorrow (Saturday, June 6th) for the Friends of the MFN Porchfest Block Party on Brookings Street (between Chester and Greenleaf Ave, centered around 82 Brookings)

Instead of just one stage, the music will be spread out across different porches right on the block! It’s going to be a fun, relaxed afternoon of community for the whole family. Along with great local cover bands rocking the porches, we have some fantastic entertainment lined up:

🏴‍☠️🧜‍♀️ Pirates & Mermaids Storytelling!
A wonderful storytelling troupe will be joining us to bring some magical tales to life for the kids.

🎤 Kids' Karaoke!
A chance for the little ones to take the mic, sing their favorite songs, and perform with friends.

Seeing Miss Marie’s smiles all week has been the absolute best part of Spirit Week, and we'd love to keep that community energy going. Drop by, stroll the block, and enjoy the music and entertainment with your neighbors!
