Please see below for schedule/location updates, but first:

Extra practices sessions being held this week for all age groups...hosted by the Challenger coaches (Aaron from Scotland and Ben from England)! All players invited during their age group day/times:
U6/U8: Monday (June 1) with sessions at 5:30 and 6:30 on the U6 fields
U11/U14: Tuesday (June 2) with sessions at 5:30 and 6:30 on the turf/Raider field
Bring ball if attending.

U11:
New location for practices and games: Due to construction starting sometime soon at MAES, we will no longer be using that field. Going forward, we now only have practices on Mondays.

Practice locations as follows:
Royal Blue (Hebda) #1: MASH 4 (U8 field/upper field behind turf/track) @ 5:30
Dark Green (Von Loh) #2: MASH 5 (lower field field behind turf/track) @ 6:30
Lime Green (Aguilera) #3: remains at MASH 5 @ 5:30
Red (Gutsch) #4: MASH 5 (lower field field behind turf/track) @ 5:30
Light Blue (Schaefer) #5: remains MASH 5 @ 6:30
Yellow (Voss) #6: MASH 4 (U8 field/upper field behind turf/track) @ 6:30

U11: GAMES will be played at MASH 5 (behind turf) with first games Thursday

U6: First games Thursday. PICTURE DAY TUESDAY! Check schedule for your team's pic time. Bring envelopes/money if want to order. Be at location 10 min prior to your pic time. Wear your jersey that night for the team pic. Location near U8 field back by tree line.

U8: First games Thursday. PICTURE DAY TUESDAY! Check schedule for your team's pic time. Bring envelopes/money if want to order. Be at location 10 min prior to your pic time. Wear your jersey that night for the team pic. Location near U8 field back by tree line.

U14: NO GAMES THURSDAY! First game will be on the following Monday June 8th. (Nothing June 4 due to highschool soccer game taking place)

Minikicks also starts this week on Tuesday so it will be an even busier place!

Ben from England and Aaron from Scotland have arrived to run the Challenger Soccer Camp this week for 6-12 year olds! They will also be hosting extra open sessions on Monday for U6/U8 players at 5:30 & 6:30 on the U6 fields and on Tuesday for U11/U14 players on the turf 5:30 & 6:30. These sessions are open to any players in those age groups who want an extra night of soccer!

We are looking for help working the concession stand for games this summer. Everything will be set up, we just need people to help work it. Parents from all the age groups are encouraged to help. If you have any issues signing up please message our page or reach out to Tina Dassow.

We are looking for adults/high school students to sign up to help with concessions. Players are welcome to help along with their parents but players must be accompanied by an adult. Sounds like we were short some envelopes and they get lost also. The photographer will have some on hand during photos so here is the information in case you need to fill out an envelope the day of photos. U6 & U8 will have photos on Tuesday! U11 & U14 photos on Monday the 8th!

Hello Families,

Following below is the email we got from the Challenger Soccer Camp representative. They really want to hold the camp next week (for ages 6-12; 9:00-12:00 Mon-Fri) with a good number of participants so please consider having your child participate! Past players have had a lot of fun while improving their soccer skills. This price ($100) is super amazing for what they offer! Please sign up ASAP if want! See attached.

Hi Everyone,

We wanted to let you know that we have made the decision to reduce the camp price to $100 for next week’s camp. We are hoping this final reduction helps give families one last opportunity to join us this summer.

We have limited time before camp begins, so this will be the final price reduction before the start of camp.

For the families already registered, we will also be refunding the difference so that everyone receives the updated pricing.

We are really looking forward to a fantastic week of soccer and would love to see a few more players join us.

REMINDERS:

U6 NO PRACTICE

U8 all teams practice at MAES. Be patient as 3 teams will be practicing at once. This is due to a HS track meet. Stay off MASH 1,2,3,4, & 5. Also there is a softball playoff game so the back entrance will be closed…do not use back entrance!
