Hello - I’m Dennis Ford, owner of AO Crisis Management & Consulting - a Private Security Contracting Firm.
I am a former US Marine (Infantry/ Recon/ Force Recon); law enforcement officer (LEO) & SWAT; private military contractor.
I was a certified POST (LEO) fi****ms instructor (pistol, rifle, shotgun); an automatic weapons instructor; a heavy machine gun instructor.
I have extensive experience in training private citizens, law enforcement, US military, and foreign military/ security forces in various types of fi****ms.
I am offering my experience and training to teach basic fi****ms skills; house clearing / CQB tactics; etc.
(These are not NRA or DPSST qualified courses)

AO Crisis Management & Security Services is currently recruiting for armed security patrol positions. We are seeking DPSST Armed Security Professionals for uniformed officers to patrol areas in marked patrol vehicles. These positions are throughout Jackson County.

This will be challenging and fun position. You will get involved with our clients and their communities.

Each Security Officer needs to be trained in:
* Handgun
* Baton training
* Handcuffing
* Pepper spray

Preference will go to:
* Prior law enforcement experience
* Reserve Police Officer training
* Military Police experience
* Combat Arms Veterans

Must be levelheaded and mature.

We are looking for an experienced DPSST Armed Security Professional to join our team.
We need a mature individual who has patrol experience and a willingness to be involved with the community.
This an ideal job for prior or retired law enforcement, or a veteran with military police or combat arms. Or maybe a reserve police officer wanting more experience.
Starting pay: $18 an hour, with an increase after 90-day probation.
