I’m so proud to recognize these four incredible women and the hard work they put in every single day! ❤️

They are the kind of people who show up, get the job done, and give their all to make sure their school and the people around them are supported. So much of what they do happens behind the scenes, but their hard work makes a HUGE difference.

Thank you for your dedication, your strength, and everything you do day in and day out. Our schools are better because of people like you! 💙💚

🔥 TONIGHT, CLASSIFIED STAFF SHOWED UP — AND OUR VOICE WAS HEARD. 🔥

More than 20 classified staff members, joined by supporters from SEIU Local 503, stood together at tonight’s Medford School Board meeting.

We showed up.
We stood together.
And we made it clear:

HONOR OUR CONTRACT.
FIX OUR WAGES.
RESTORE OUR TRUST.

This is what solidarity looks like. ✊

A huge thank you to everyone who wore their Chapter 15 shirt, carried a sign, stood beside a coworker, spoke up, or simply showed up. Every single person who walked through those doors helped send a message that classified employees will not be ignored.

And a special THANK YOU to Alex Lewis for having the courage to speak about what it’s really like to be an Education Support Staff member — the work we do, the challenges we face, and why every classified employee deserves the COLA we negotiated and were promised.

This isn’t about one employee.

It’s about ALL of us.

It’s about the Education Support Staff, custodians, media technicians, tech support, building and grounds staff, secretaries, instructional staff, and every classified employee who shows up every day to keep Medford schools running and support our students.

Tonight, we reminded the district that we are organized, we are united, and we are paying attention.

And this is just the beginning.

We are damn proud to be OSEA Medford Chapter 15. 💙💚
