Today is a very honorable day, we had John Moolenaar come and present Richard Nichols his medals 🏅🎖for serving in the Army for our country during the Vietnam War from 1955 through 1975. It was a beautiful little ceremony. John Moolenaar did a phenomenal job today in presenting the medals here at the Mecosta VFW Albert Schiffer Post 2335. Thank you John Moolenaar for coming out to do that, that was really an interesting ceremony.

Last night was best the night. Ribs were so good like always, thanks to fates for giving us the ribs to sell and for everyone that came out to help us sell out. We've couldn't have done it without all of y'all. We appreciate our community always coming out to support us in dinning in or taking out when it comes to having meals every Friday night from the first Friday night that we started having these meals. Let's keep this up. Let's see if we can do it again next week Friday night. 😁

What an absolutely incredible turnout tonight! Thanks to this amazing community, we completely sold out of ribs, moving a whopping 30 racks!
We want to send a massive thank you to Fate's Rib Fest for providing such phenomenal food for our Post. We also want to thank all of our wonderful bingo patrons and the entire community who stepped up, came out, and helped make tonight such a huge success. Your support means the world to us.
