SCHOOL BOARD RECOGNITION! At Tuesday night's School Board meeting, we celebrated the fact that the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Foundation has named us as a “Best Community for Music Education” for the 13th year in a row! We are one of only 23 school divisions in Virginia to achieve this coveted status.

What a night! We had an incredible time at our End of Year Band Banquet and Awards, celebrating the hard work, talent, and spirit of our amazing band and guard students! It was a beautiful evening filled with laughter, memories, and well-deserved recognition.

A huge shoutout to our incredible Seniors — you’ve led with heart, lifted each other up, and left a legacy that will carry on for years to come. We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see where your next chapter takes you!

Thank you to everyone who made this season unforgettable. Here’s to the music, the memories, and this incredible band family.

Bravo! The Hanover High School Concert Ensembles did an incredible job at VBODA District 1 Assessment.
The Wind Ensemble earned a Superior and our Symphonic Band earned an Excellent!
