🐾 Meet Dahlia (listed as Rook)! 🐾

This sweet girl is looking for a second chance after being adopted and unfortunately returned. Dahlia is an incredibly smart, energetic, and driven dog who will thrive with an active family committed to providing structure, training, and plenty of enrichment.

She did great with our kids during her visit, but because of her enthusiasm and energy level, a meet and greet with any resident dogs is recommended to ensure a good fit.

Sadly, Dahlia is not handling kennel life well since being returned, and we would love to see her find her forever home before the shelter environment takes an even greater toll on her spirit.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion and are willing to invest the time and training she deserves, Dahlia may be the perfect match for you. ❤️

When we saw a recent Facebook post about a house fire that impacted a local family and their pets, we knew we wanted to step in and help. The Lucky Paw Foundation was honored to provide supplies for their surviving pets while they work to get back on their feet.

Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the difficult journey of rebuilding their home and healing from the heartbreaking loss of four beloved family pets. ❤️🐾
