Remember sweet Tulip? She finally got the happy ending we had been hoping and praying for. But back in their foster home, her sisters Baby’s Breath and Ivy are still waiting for someone to see them and say, “These are our girls.”
And honestly, we just don't understand how they are still waiting.
These two are SO incredibly loving. Every single night they crawl into bed with their foster mom and snuggle right underneath her chin. They make biscuits until their little paws are tired. They wrestle and chase each other around like tiny lunatics, and then somehow end up curled right back together looking for cuddles.
Baby’s Breath is cuddly, affectionate and playful. She can be a little shy at first, but once she knows you're safe, she melts. She loves sleeping beside her foster mom and wrestling with her sister.
Ivy is the outgoing one. She's curious, playful and always ready to come out and see who has arrived. But once she's done exploring, she wants her favorite thing… cuddles with her foster mom.
These girls were rescued from a wood pile when they were tiny. They know what it was like to be outside, and they know exactly how wonderful it feels to finally be safe, warm and loved.
At 5 months old, they have already been waiting far too long.
And maybe that's the problem. They aren't the tiny little babies anymore. They are growing up.
But they still have so much kittenhood left to live.
They still deserve someone who will scoop them up, kiss their little heads and promise them that they will never have to wonder where they belong again.
Give them just a little patience. Give them a little time to decide you're their person.
And they will give you everything.
The biscuits.
The cuddles.
The ridiculous kitten wrestling matches.
The purrs.
The companionship.
And two whole little hearts that will love you with everything they have.
Tulip got her happy ending.
Now it's Baby’s Breath and Ivy's turn. ❤️
Please share these girls. Their family is out there somewhere, and we desperately want them to find each other before these sweet babies grow up waiting in foster care.
Who is going to be the person who finally says, “I've been looking for you”? 🥺❤️
