As previously indicated, I am attaching the Phase II document. The City of Atlanta recently convened to discuss the Phase II development plans for Cooper Street. Currently, legislation is being drafted to enable the city to solicit developer proposals for the lot. Further updates will follow.

Update : Hello everyone! I wanted to let you know about a change for our meeting tonight. We won't be gathering at our usual location since the library is hosting early voting. Instead, we'll meet at the Dunbar Neighborhood Center located at 477 Windsor St, Atlanta, GA, in room #207 at 6:30 PM. You can also join via Zoom, but please note that the audio might not be as clear as it is in the library due to equipment differences.

Reminder about today’s meeting

Hello everyone! With the Easter holiday weekend coming up, many of us will be off tomorrow, April 3rd, and/or Monday, April 6th. Additionally, spring break is next week for some families. As a result, we will be rescheduling our meeting to Tuesday, April 14th. It will take place at the same location, Mechanicsville Library, 400 Formwalt St SW, at 6:30 PM.
