Devotional- Let Your Light Shine: By Christina Perera

My Bride, rest assured that my light within you shines before men. Speak forth my commands and decrees with confidence, for you have been trained in the wisdom of God. I have placed my words within you, and I alone give utterance to the truths in you. Rejoice, for you have been schooled in the things of God, taught in His precepts, and strengthened in His Word. Seek not through the world's ways but allow the wisdom of God to prevail in your life, for your life is hidden with God. Stretch forth your hands and speak with the glory of your God and tell of my works. Giving testimony always to the mighty works of my hands is your delight. Speak forth things never heard since the beginning of time, for I have laid up an inheritance for you.

Jewels of wisdom, precious gems, and stones are yours. Speak forth the things and have no fear; the God of heaven goes before you preparing the way. Give to those who would receive and turn from those who scorn God's wisdom. I declare that my ways are not man's ways, nor do I take pleasure in man preparing his own way. Instead, I rejoice in the humble heart acknowledging his creator. Delight yourself in me and see the glory brought forth. As a woman bears a child at the time of birth, your life births the light before men. The birthing time has come, gestation is complete, and the world awaits my glory.

Thought for the Day: The Holy Spirit within me gives weight to my words as I release the light of His Word. I am taught, trained, and equipped by the Holy Spirit. The world is longing to see the light within me as a witness to the truth of God's abundant grace.
