As our fiscal year comes to a close, we are reflecting on the lives changed through the support of donors like you.

Shera (https://ow.ly/8JCx50Z9uT5 ) partnered with Habitat for Humanity in 2018 to purchase her home after years of overcrowded living conditions. Today, her children are thriving in college, supported by the stability homeownership provided.

This spring, donor support helped complete critical repairs for Ms. Claiborne (https://ow.ly/Ke3Z50Z9uSY ), a King William resident living on a fixed income, restoring safety and independence in her home.

And soon, Jessica (https://ow.ly/CV5h50Z9uSZ ) and her three children will move into their new home in Doswell—stepping into a future filled with hope and stability.

These stories are possible because of generous supporters who believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home.

🏠 Construction in Doswell & Beaverdam
🛍️ ReStore assistance
♻️ Recycling and metal collection

Whether you enjoy working with customers, organizing donations, helping on a build site, or getting your hands dirty with recycling, there’s a place for you here.

No experience needed, just a willingness to help your community and support local families.

🌎✨ Happy World Environment Day! 🌿♻️Join us in making every day a green day by recycling! 💚

Did you know your recycling can help build and repair homes right here in our community?

At the Hanover and King William Habitat ReStore, our recycling program keeps tons of metal out of landfills while raising funds for affordable housing and critical home repairs.

And right now, your aluminum cans can make an even bigger impact! We’re participating in the aluminum recycling competition, where the top Habitat affiliate will receive additional grant funding for local housing programs.

🥤 Aluminum can be recycled infinitely, but if it ends up in a landfill, it can take up to 500 years to break down!

Drop off your aluminum cans and other metal recyclables at:
