For a season, I stepped back.
Not to shrink.
To sharpen.

I’ve spent 30 years in ministry.
28 years in enterprise leadership.

And I’ve watched something closely:

Passion without structure burns out.
Growth without governance fractures.
Influence without accountability corrupts.

The Church does not lack fire.
It often lacks framework.

We know how to gather crowds.
We must learn how to build systems that disciple them.

We know how to preach vision.
We must learn how to architect sustainability.

This next season for me is clear.

For years I’ve lived in two worlds.
Enterprise leadership by day.
Ministry leadership by calling.

What I’ve come to understand is this:
They were never separate.

My mission is:

To help shape leaders who shape systems.
To help churches build fireplaces, not just fires
To bring executive discipline to Kingdom assignment

Reform does not start with criticism.
It starts with construction.

We don’t need louder platforms.
We need stronger foundations.

Let’s build it right.

LET'S SUPPORT Paige!

Hello friends and family!
I wanted to share some exciting news with you. God has wonderfully called me to attend Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry online. Taking this step of faith is a big leap for me, but I truly believe that He has incredible plans with my yes to this call. Not just for me, but also for my family, and for those we will serve through Monarch Ministries International. I feel that God is preparing and equipping me more than ever before to walk out the calling He has on my life and in my ministry through this journey of obedience and trust.
Many of you know I am already involved in Monarch Ministries’ church plant here in Houston, which is just the beginning of the exciting vision He’s placed in my heart. I am expectant and eager to see how He will move through this next season at BSSM, knowing that when He calls, He also equips us—abundantly and exceedingly more than we can ask or imagine.
