Please join us in congratulating Elizabeth Shaw, the recipient of the 2026 Riley's Shining Light Scholarship from CrossPointe Christian Academy!

Elizabeth is only the second CrossPointe graduate to be welcomed into the Riley's Light family, and we are honored to support her as she begins this exciting new chapter. This fall, she will attend Mercer University, where she plans to study Business while pursuing the university's Pre-Law track.

While Riley's Light scholarships are awarded to students with a variety of passions and career goals, each recipient shares something far more important than a chosen field of study. They represent the values that Riley lived each day: faith, integrity, compassion, leadership, and a heart for serving others.

Elizabeth's selection reflects the confidence that her teachers, mentors, and community have in her character and her potential to make a positive impact on the world around her. As a graduate of CrossPointe Christian Academy, she has been challenged not only to pursue academic excellence, but also to lead with faith and purpose. Those qualities will undoubtedly serve her well as she pursues her goals in business and law.

At Riley's Light, we believe a legacy is measured not only by what we accomplish, but by how we encourage, uplift, and serve others along the way. We are excited to see how Elizabeth uses her gifts, talents, and faith to make a difference in the lives of those she encounters.

The Ron Alexander Youth Aviation Program & Corvette Raffle at Riley's Light Car Show

The Riley's Light Car Show & Community Event is proud to welcome the Ron Alexander Youth Aviation Program (RAYAP) as a special guest this Saturday at Christ Chapel of Zebulon from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

As part of their visit, RAYAP will have their beautiful Corvette raffle vehicle on display and entered in the car show for everyone to enjoy. Be sure to stop by their booth, meet their team, learn about their mission, and purchase raffle tickets for your chance to win this incredible Corvette while supporting a great cause.

Founded to inspire and educate young people interested in aviation careers, RAYAP provides hands-on opportunities and aviation-related training for the next generation of pilots, mechanics, engineers, and aviation professionals. Every raffle ticket sold helps support their mission of training and educating aviation's future leaders.

The Riley's Light Car Show is a free family-friendly event featuring live music, food trucks, youth vendor booths, amazing vehicles, community organizations, and activities for all ages. It's a great opportunity to enjoy an afternoon with family and friends while supporting organizations that are making a positive impact in our community.

This unforgettable hunting adventure is valued at $10,000 and offers the winner and three guests the chance to experience one of the world's premier dove hunting destinations.
