Franklin County Sports Association Franklin County, MS Little League was created in order to benefit the citizens of Franklin County, MS

FCSA was created in order to provide the citizens of Franklin County, MS a safe environment in which kids of all ages can grow and learn the fundamental's of baseball and softball! Franklin County, MS Little League is a Non-Profit Organization that has received approval from the IRS to be exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501 (C) (3).
