Masters Paul Swagerty and Michelle Alexander 6 Dans in Hapkido with red belt Seph Made from West Hapkido brought us a much needed review and concepts to add what we steadily train on. We also learned more basic movement, off balancing, and different twists on our current techniques. Afterward we ate a great lunch at Sullivan's Kitchen.
