Placer Hills Union School District is in crisis, and our educators are feeling the impact every day.
For the second year in a row, the District is claiming there is no money for employee raises — even as state funding continues to increase. Meanwhile, teachers are facing rising inflation, higher healthcare premiums, and shrinking take‑home pay.
Our students deserve classrooms staffed by educators who feel supported, respected, and valued.
Our community deserves transparency.
And our district needs a plan that doesn’t balance the budget on the backs of its employees.
👉 Here’s how you can help:
🔴 Wear red every Wednesday to show solidarity
🗓️ Join us at the February 11 Board Meeting
📢 Use your voice — ask District leadership:
“What is the plan to prioritize employee compensation?”
Together, we can build a stronger, more stable future for our schools.
Stand with ABEA. Stand with educators. Stand with our students.
