🎃 Mead Families, YOU DID IT! 🎃
When we asked our Mead Elementary families to help us bring Harvest Moon to life this year, we weren’t quite sure what to expect.
Our budget looked a little different this year, so instead of bringing in a company to provide our carnival games, we asked our families to get creative. We asked you to build, make, donate, and help us create the games that would make Harvest Moon special for our kids.
And YOU SHOWED UP. ❤️
We now have 13 carnival games ready for Harvest Moon this Saturday, and every single one is a reminder of what makes Mead Elementary so special.
We are a small town, and there is something pretty amazing about watching families come together and say, “We’ll help. We’ll make it happen.”
That is the heart of Mead.
That is the heart of our school.
And honestly, this is why we love our Mead community so much. 🥹💛
To every family who built a game, donated supplies, purchased something from our list, shared their time, or simply said, “How can I help?”...
THANK YOU.
You have already made a huge difference, and we are so grateful.
But... we're not quite across the finish line yet! 🎃
Harvest Moon is THIS SATURDAY, and we still need some amazing Mead families to help us bring everything together. We need volunteers for:
